Orders and Shipping
Orders sent via the postal service are sent with a 2nd class service with UK Mail and delivered via Royal Mail (untracked). Items sent via courier are dispatched with full tracking details.
We aim for 1-2 working days for dispatch of your orders (please note at the busiest time (Oct-Dec)orders may take 3-4 working days,
UK Orders should be delivered within 3-5 working days after dispatch.

As an account holder you can login and receive full details of orders , delivery status and follow up support via you customer portal. Simply sign in or register via the MY ACCOUNT page and take advantage of some of the great benefits we offer.
You can change your shipping address after you place an order as long as the item has not shipped. Typically, you can only do this the same day an order was placed because items are shipped as fast as possible.
If an item has already been processed for shipping, you will not be able to change the address.
To update your shipping address:
1. Log into your account
2. Hover your mouse over your name at the top-right corner of the site
3. Click Purchases from the drop-down menu
4. Click on Details next to the purchase
Large items purchased through Intastore ltd will be shipped via a courier at the standard courier shipping rate along with some fragile items and high value items .
Our couriers provide a full tracking service from time of receipt to dispatch and arrival , all of which can be viewed at any time.
After placing an order with us you will receive an email containing your tracking details and a tracking number, the courier will be selected based upon best value for you.
Please note the following:
- -Shipping times given are after dispatch of the order, not the day of placing.
- – small parcels and large letter post is sent via an untracked service,and should tracking be required this needs to be requested at time of purchase
Quite simply No.
All payments received for items purchased within our store are processed through third party trusted payment gateways such as PayPal or Stripe.
At no point are we as a merchant privy to any of your card details and the funds are processed through a merchant account.
Should you decide to add a preferred payment method via your account portal , this information is retained by Stripe or PayPal and is only referred to by them for future purchases.
Yes we do charge sales tax and the rate is based upon the VAT rate of the country of purchase.
For ease of use and clarity the amount is calculated for you during the checkout process and is only added during the payment process.
Intastore Ltd has in place options for worldwide delivery on most of our product range.
However there are exceptions such as large fragile items or products that may be classed as hazardous for international transportation.
However the Intastore Ltd site takes care of this and if a product cannot be delivered to your country it will notify you at point of purchase and remove the product automatically from your basket.
Should on the rare occasion, due to an administrative error on our part this not happen a full refund will be issued immediately.
Where ever possible if multiple items can be securely packaged then yes your items will arrive in one box,carton or package.
This is done purely to save on the cost of shipping allowing us to offer you the best value on our product range.
Should it be the case that an item needs to be sent individually so as to maintain safety of the package , this will be the case and we will only charge you for the most expensive delivered items and the individual item will be delivered free of charge.
If you need to swap an item
Returns and Exchanges
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not.
You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it.
Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.
All orders processed are crossed checked against there dedicated SKU prior to shipping and will only be dispatched if the order corresponds to the order reference SKU.
If in the unlikely event that a mistake should be made then please contact via customer support or you account portal, and we will arrange for a return and redeliver the correct item immediately.
Great care is taken with all products sent via Intastore Ltd and are carefully packed using air filled bubble wrap and/or padding to ensure safety during transit.
If however in the unlikely event an item has been received in an unsatisfactory state then we request you contact us immediately.
Our customer service team will request that you email us a photo of the damaged item and provide you with authorisation for return.
As soon as the item has been received a replacement will be sent out immediately.
This will vary dependant upon the item ordered, however should you receive an item you are not satisfied with please contact us immediately via customer support or your account portal.
With the packaging you will find a returns slip and as soon as a returns authorisation number has been allocated the item can be returned to the address stated upon the returns slip.

- Complete the contact form opposite , providing details of your query and we endeavour to resolve any issues within 24 hours, or simply request a call back where a member of our team will contact you directly.
However you choose to get customer support we will do all we can to make it a simple and efficient experience.
Unfortunately there is very little we can do if a purchase has already been dispatched so please double check you delivery details are correct at the time of purchase.
You can change the delivery details prior to dispatch via your account portal or via customer support .
If we can contact the courier and request a change of delivery details we will obviously do so however there is no guarantee of this should the product already be on route to the given destination.
Once an order has been received by us we will process the order as soon as is possible as many orders received prior to 2.30pm qualify for same day dispatch.
Should you place an order and change you mind this can be done via customer support or your customer portal subject to the item not being processed for dispatch.
Should we manage to receive your amended or cancelled order in time Intastore Ltd will do everything possible to assist you with the amendment.
Should any product become unavailable for a period of time this will be indicated within our site on the individual product page.
There you will find the option to join a waiting list for that item and we will email you notification that the product is back in stock as soon as it becomes available again.
